About the role
As Procurement Manager, you are responsible for building, managing, and continuously optimizing our carrier and service provider portfolio. Your mission is to secure competitive pricing, ensure stable service levels, and establish an efficient procurement structure that strengthens our market position and supports sustainable growth.
Your mission
  • Lead price negotiations and manage contracts, SLAs, and framework agreements

  • Select and manage parcel carriers and logistics partners in line with our carrier strategy

  • Monitor partner performance (cost, SLA adherence, service quality) and drive improvements

  • Conduct cost benchmarking and market analysis to identify savings and optimization opportunities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Network Operations, Sales, Finance, and Product

  • Manage escalations and ensure operational continuity

Your profile
  • Experience in logistics, procurement, or partner management

  • Strong understanding of carrier pricing models and service structures

  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills

  • Analytical mindset with experience in cost modeling and performance tracking

  • Structured, data-driven, and solution-oriented working style

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
