Lead price negotiations and manage contracts, SLAs, and framework agreements
Select and manage parcel carriers and logistics partners in line with our carrier strategy
Monitor partner performance (cost, SLA adherence, service quality) and drive improvements
Conduct cost benchmarking and market analysis to identify savings and optimization opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Network Operations, Sales, Finance, and Product
Manage escalations and ensure operational continuity
Experience in logistics, procurement, or partner management
Strong understanding of carrier pricing models and service structures
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
Analytical mindset with experience in cost modeling and performance tracking
