About the role
As our Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product's vision into a cohesive architecture. You'll harness the power of .NET to create flexible and robust functionalities. Performance, flexibility, scalability, security, and user-friendliness will be your guiding principles. You'll leverage the strength of APIs to seamlessly connect frontend and backend components. Collaboration with infrastructure and frontend specialists, along with working in short sprints to deliver results rapidly, will be your everyday norm.
Your mission
Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core technologies. 
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, QA testers, and product owners, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

possess the skills to further develop our infrastructure, and can easily navigate the 
configuration of our logistics platform.

  • Proficiency in Dutch or English (both spoken and written)
  • MBO or HBO degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimal 3-5 years of experience in .NET development.
  • Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related frameworks.
  • Proficiency in working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and knowledge of Entity Framework or other ORM tools.
  • Familiarity with software architecture patterns like MVC, MVVM, and Microservices.
  • Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Additional Skills (a Plus)

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with the Azure cloud platform.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Blazor and Vue.js
