Über die Rolle

In dieser Rolle treibst du den Vertrieb unserer Versandlösungen voran, indem du unsere digitale Plattform mit effizienten Versandabläufen kombinierst. Du identifizierst und akquirierst Kunden, begleitest sie vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss und baust langfristige Beziehungen auf. Mit Fokus auf die Region um Venlo bist du eine Schlüsselrolle für der Erweiterung unseres Kundenstamms und der Bereitstellung maßgeschneiderter Logistiklösungen.

Deine Aufgaben

Vertrieb unserer Paketversandlösung, die eine Kombination aus unserer digitalen Versandplattform und unseren Lösungen für den physischen Versand darstellt
Identifikation und Akquisition von potenziellen Neukunden (mittelständische und große Unternehmen)
Betreuung der Kunden vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss
Aufbau und Pflege enger Kundenbeziehungen und Entwicklung individueller Lösungen
Ausarbeitung von Angeboten und Verhandlungsführung
Arbeitsgebiet im Umkreis von 50 km um Venlo (NL)

Dein Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium oder gleichwertiger Abschluss
Min. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Direktvertrieb, dabei sind B2B-(Logistik-)Dienstleistungen von Vorteil
Fähigkeit, Stakeholder sowohl auf kaufmännischer als auch auf technischer Ebene zu verstehen und zu überzeugen
Starkes Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick und hohe Zielorientierung
Sehr gute englische und deutsche Sprachkenntnisse
Ausgeprägte Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Kombination mit dem Geschick für den Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen
Fähigkeit, proaktiv auf potenzielle Neukunden zuzugehen

About the role

In this role, you will drive the sales of our parcel shipping solutions, combining our digital platform with efficient physical shipping flows. You will identify and acquire customers, guiding them from initial contact to contract signing while building long-term relationships. With a focus on the area around Venlo, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and delivering tailored logistics solutions.

Your mission

Sales of our cross-border parcel shipping solution, being a combination of our state-of-the-art digital shipping platform and our attractive solutions for the physical shipping flows
Identification and acquisition of potential new customers, targeting medium-sized and large companies
Supporting customers from initial contact to contract conclusion creating frequent touchpoints with our contact persons
Building and maintaining close customer relationships and developing individual solutions
Preparing offers and conducting negotiations
Working area within 50 km from Venlo NL as our cross docking hub and fulfilment center

Your profile

Successfully completed business apprenticeship, degree or similar
Min. 3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably of B2B (logistics) services
Proficiency in comprehending and persuading stakeholders at both business and technical levels
Strong assertiveness, negotiation skills and high goal orientation
Very good English and German/dutch language skills
Strong presentation skills in combination with a natural drive to build social relationships
Comfortable with proactive outreach to engage potential new customers
