(Senior) Content Marketeer (m/f/d)

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that drive brand awareness, engage our global audience, and support business growth. You will collaborate with multiple teams to create impactful content across various platforms.

Your mission

Responsible for content creation (including social media posts, blog articles, news articles, SEO/SEA landing pages, customer stories, white papers, newsletters etc.)
Responsible for the maintenance of our content calendar
Management, implementation and posting of created content
Managing, maintaining & monitoring Shipcloud’s tone of voice across all communications
Monitoring Shipcloud design house style in collaboration with Graphic Design
Close collaboration with our SEO & SEA specialists
First point of contact for content proposals within Shipcloud
Provide insights and recommendations about content improvements based on data analysis and user statistics

Your profile

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, commerce, business administration, or comparable qualification
3+ years of experience with content creation
Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German.
Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Experience with content management systems, preferably Wordpress

Additional skills that are a plus:

Experience with Adobe Suite and/or Figma
Experience with tools such as Miro, Notion & Asana
Project management

In dieser Position bist du für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Content-Strategien verantwortlich, welche die Markenbekanntheit steigern, unser globales Publikum ansprechen und das Geschäftswachstum unterstützen. Du wirst mit mehreren Teams zusammenarbeiten, um wirkungsvolle Inhalte für verschiedene Plattformen zu erstellen.

Deine Aufgaben

Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Inhalten (u. a. Beiträge für soziale Medien, Blogartikel, Nachrichtenartikel, SEO/SEA-Landingpages, Kundenberichte, Newsletter usw.)
Verantwortung für die Pflege unseres Content-Calenders
Verwaltung, Umsetzung und Veröffentlichung der erstellten Inhalte
Verwaltung, Pflege und Überwachung der Tonalität von Shipcloud in der gesamten Kommunikation
Überprüfung des Shipcloud-Designstils in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Grafikdesign
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren SEO- und SEA-Spezialisten
Erste Anlaufstelle für Inhaltsvorschläge innerhalb von Shipcloud
Bereitstellung von Erkenntnissen und Empfehlungen zur Verbesserung von Inhalten auf der Grundlage von Datenanalysen und Nutzerstatistiken

Dein Profil

Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing
Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
Erfahrung mit Content-Management-Systemen, vorzugsweise Wordpress

Zusätzliche Fähigkeiten, die ein Plus sind:

Erfahrung mit der Adobe Suite und/oder Figma
