About the role
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Head of Business Development to spearhead our commercial strategy, build a data-driven sales pipeline, and drive predictable growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead and inspire a dynamic team across DACH,Benelux, and Spain, including Sales, Key Account Management, and Partnership.In this pivotal role, you will shape the sales strategy, implement scalable processes, and ensure the team's success in a fast-paced environment. The location will be either Hamburg or Bielefeld.
